Clients agree to pay the fees agreed upon in the project proposal/invoice.
No-Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of AI automation, LLM training, and development services, all payments made to Qubit AI are non-refundable once work on a milestone or project has officially commenced. Any disputes regarding deliverables must be raised within 7 days of milestone submission.
